She is realistic and will do her best to find the apartment you’re looking for. She’ll give you plenty of options and will discuss with you any questions you have. Most agents in NYC will try to cheat you and lie to you in order to get you to take a place that you aren’t happy with; Allison will not do this to you. If you are looking for a broker who knows her stuff and is pleasant as well, Allison is for you. My wife and I were really not happy with brokers that we had encountered….very pushy, “you have to put in an offer now because it’s gonna go fast!”, “it’s not as small as you think”, showing us places completely out of our price range or missing key elements of our “must have’s”. We were so happy to finally have connected with Allison who was not only friendly, but listened to our needs and was not high pressure.
